Service Usage Terms

Our services are designed for personal financial planning consultation purposes. You may use them to seek guidance on your financial situation and planning goals.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate use of our services.

Our Content: All materials, methodologies, and content created by us remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Payment and Billing Terms
The following terms govern payment for our subscription-based financial planning services.
Billing Information
Subscription fees of RM 250 per month are billed in advance and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed on the same date each month.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be considered for unused portions of subscription periods under certain circumstances.
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Liability Limitations
Our liability to you is limited in accordance with Malaysian law and the following provisions.
- We provide consultation services but do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through the following mechanisms:
Alternative Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolution of disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the Malaysian Mediation Centre where applicable.
Malaysian Dispute Resolution
Disputes may also be addressed through relevant Malaysian consumer protection agencies or industry dispute resolution services.
